Adrenal Body Type Diet Daily Caloric Requirements For Weight Loss Support


1. For women: Eat daily 75 grams or (300) calories, up to 135 grams or (540) calories of protein from fish, turkey or chicken to rebuild the adrenals.

2. Eat up to 40 grams or (360) calories of healthy fats from almonds and dairy (yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese) if tolerated. If allergic to dairy get healthy fats from chicken, turkey, or fish.

3. Do not go below 33 grams or (300) calories of healthy fats daily or weight loss will be hindered.

1. For men: Eat daily 80 grams or (320) calories, up to 150 grams or (600) calories of protein from fish, turkey or chicken to rebuild the adrenals.

2. Eat up to 44 grams or (400) calories of healthy fats from almonds and dairy (yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese) if tolerated, If allergic to dairy get healthy fats from chicken, turkey or fish.

3. Do not go below 38 grams or (342) calories of healthy fats daily or weight loss will be hindered.
